Made from BPA-free recycled plastic, each board is consciously crafted with both performance and planet in mind.

Each board is individually finished. Due to the recycled nature of the material, subtle surface markings or small variations may occur. These do not affect functionality and are part of the board’s unique character, a natural result of thoughtful, small-batch production.

• Dishwasher-safe, or hand-wash with warm soapy water
• Surface marks from knives are natural signs of use
• Avoid placing hot pots or pans directly on the board

Ours boards are dishwasher safe at temperatures of up to 80°C. For best results, we recommend placing the board on the top rack only.

That said, frequent dishwasher use is not recommended. Prolonged exposure to high heat and intense wash cycles can cause natural material stress, including warping or deformation, which is common with plastic-based products over time.

To preserve the board’s shape, performance, and longevity, hand washing with warm water and mild detergent is strongly advised.

Yes, Nulu boards are safe to clean in a dishwasher. They can comfortably withstand temperatures up to 80°C. To preserve their form and prevent warping, we recommend placing them on the top rack, where the heat is gentler. For particularly hot cycles, hand washing is the best way to ensure your board remains in pristine condition.
